Job Description

Ads On Marketing Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and responsible Event Intern to join our team. The intern will:

  • Assist in event planning, preparation, and coordination.
  • Support in sourcing suppliers, venues, and event materials.
  • Prepare event materials, props, and equipment before events.
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors and event crew.
  • Assist in on-site event setup, registration, and crowd management.
  • Handle guest registration and ushering duties during events.
  • Provide on-ground support to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Assist in event dismantling, packing, and post-event arrangements.
  • Support the preparation of event reports and documentation.
  • Perform other event-related duties assigned by the event manager.
