About the Role

The Project Management Intern (GivingHub) supports digital fundraising operations and on-ground social impact projects. You will assist with campaign management, donation tracking, donor and NGO engagement, community projects, communications, workshops, and events.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, comfortable with technology, and interested in social impact, fundraising, community development, and project management.

What You’ll Do

GivingHub: Fundraising & Platform Operations

  • Support the operation of the GivingHub platform, including campaign data, donation tracking, updates, and disbursement processes.
  • Assist in fundraising workshops and training sessions for NGOs and community groups.
  • Coordinate fundraising events and support donor and campaign-owner engagement.
  • Assist with donor communications, fulfilment processes, and campaign follow-ups.
  • Support campaign tracking and internal process improvements.

NGOhub: Community & Project Work

  • Assist in planning and implementing projects with NGOs, B40 communities, Orang Asli communities, and other underserved groups.
  • Support logistics, field visits, stakeholder engagement, and participant recruitment.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
  • Assist with project documentation, reports, workshops, and community activities.

Communications & Internal Support

  • Create slides, social media content, information sheets, and basic visuals.
  • Help promote campaigns, projects, workshops, and events.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Organise project files, contact lists, and documentation.
  • Support research and ad-hoc tasks related to projects and platform operations.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in social impact, fundraising, community work, or project management.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with different communities and stakeholders.
  • Able to use digital tools and learn new platforms.
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork and work occasional weekends when required.
  • Based in Klang Valley.
  • Available full-time for at least 3 months, with an option to continue up to 6 months.
