We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, promoting our products/services, and building strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, site visits, and networking
• Promote and sell company products/services to meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (online and offline) to generate leads
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and agreements
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, or roadshows when required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (fresh graduates with a strong drive may also apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
