Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated entry-level accounting professional to support end-to-end accounting activities for client portfolios. This role offers hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance work within a structured client servicing environment.
This role sits within the Accounting & Finance Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-set accounting activities, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, GST and tax filings, and supporting schedules.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support client queries where required.
- Contribute to ad-hoc assignments, projects, and day-to-day finance operations.
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using accounting systems.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- This role is based in Singapore
