About the Role
Ebright Sdn. Bhd. is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Public Speaking Coaches. This role is ideal for university students, fresh graduates, or working professionals who are passionate about teaching and want to make a positive impact by helping students develop confidence and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct public speaking and communication classes based on the company’s curriculum.
- Create an engaging and positive learning environment.
- Guide students in building confidence and effective communication skills.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Attend compulsory training sessions and meetings when required.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s teaching standards.
Requirements
- Open to Malaysian (Local) candidates only.
- University students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Passionate about teaching and working with children and teenagers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to teaching on weekends and/or assigned weekdays.
- Own transportation is an added advantage.
