About the Role

Ebright Sdn. Bhd. is looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Full-Time Public Speaking Coaches. If you enjoy teaching, inspiring students, and helping young learners build confidence through communication, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct public speaking and communication classes based on the company’s curriculum.
• Create an engaging and positive learning environment.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Participate in training, meetings, workshops, and company events.
• Support branch operations and maintain high teaching standards.

Requirements

• Open to Malaysian (Local) candidates only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in TESL, English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring children and teenagers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to a dynamic learning environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel to assigned branches.
