Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Business Admin/Accounting or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word) Familiar with SQL System shall be added advantage.
- Able to handle routine tasks with accuracy and responsibility
- Good communication and organization skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Perform accurate data entry for sales, invoices, and inventory records
- Maintain and organize paperwork, digital files, and company documents
- Prepare and generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel or other tools
- Answer phone calls, emails, and assist in basic customer inquiries
- Support HR / Finance / Sales Team with document processing and filing (depends on which department you are assigned to.
- Handle courier services, deliveries, and other tasks
