Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Administration & Documentation
- Prepare, process, and verify sales documentation, invoices, and related paperwork
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales records and supporting documents
- Monitor and follow up on sales memos and outstanding documentation
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems (physical and digital)
2. Reporting & Sales Monitoring
- Compile and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports
- Assist in preparing management reports and performance summaries
3. Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage appointment scheduling for HCCs and Nutritionists
- Coordinate booking arrangements with internal departments
4. Customer & Operational Support
- Provide frontline customer service support when required
- Assist in handling customer inquiries related to appointments or documentation
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma and above in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales administration, retail support, or customer service
- Experience handling reports and performance data preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Familiar with CRM, POS, or sales tracking systems
- Strong documentation and data management skills
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Willing and able to work on shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays if required
