Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Administration & Documentation

  • Prepare, process, and verify sales documentation, invoices, and related paperwork
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales records and supporting documents
  • Monitor and follow up on sales memos and outstanding documentation
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation systems (physical and digital)

2. Reporting & Sales Monitoring

  • Compile and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports
  • Assist in preparing management reports and performance summaries

3. Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage appointment scheduling for HCCs and Nutritionists
  • Coordinate booking arrangements with internal departments

4. Customer & Operational Support

  • Provide frontline customer service support when required
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries related to appointments or documentation

Who We Are Looking For

  • Diploma and above in Business Administration, Sales, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales administration, retail support, or customer service
  • Experience handling reports and performance data preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Familiar with CRM, POS, or sales tracking systems
  • Strong documentation and data management skills
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Willing and able to work on shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays if required
