Job Description
- Providing first-line IT support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks
- Helping to manage and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
- Assisting in system migration projects, including data migration, system setup, testing, and user support
- Supporting the implementation of new IT projects and digital initiatives across the organisation
- Providing support for the organisation’s web presence and online systems
- Assisting with software setup, user access management, and email configuration
- Helping to prepare and maintain IT documentation, manuals, and training materials
