Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support operational activities related to Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Conduct financial background check and analysis
  • Assist in monthly bank reconciliation; records promptly matched against accounts receivable balances with supporting documentation
  • Follow up that customers receive system-generated documents on time (invoices, statement of account & dunning letters)
  • Communicate with relevant party where disputes are identified; determine next course of action to speed resolution and collection process.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Carry out reporting activities and analysis according to specific deadlines
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Assist on audit queries.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, any other similar qualification.
  • Preferably at least 3 – 6 months of internship period.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient.
