Job Description
- 负责文件处理、资料整理及数据录入
Handle document processing, data organization, and data entry - 协助准备报告、信函及各类运营文件
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and operational documents - 跟进已分配任务,确保按时完成
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion - 负责日常行政事务及办公室支持工作
Handle daily administrative tasks and provide office support - 协助安排会议、整理会议记录
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes - 维护和整理公司文件及档案系统
Maintain and organize company filing and documentation system - 协助部门之间的沟通与协调工作
Support internal communication and coordination between departments - 完成上级安排的其他行政相关工作
Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
