💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔁 Other Responsibilities:

1. Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
2. Support the preparation and processing of sales invoices (Accounts Receivable), ensuring proper and timely data entry.
3. Assist in recording purchase invoices (Accounts Payable) accurately and promptly, maintaining consistency and compliance.
4. Help with monthly reconciliation tasks, including matching invoices with payments and identifying any variances.
5. Provide support in General Ledger (GL) maintenance, including data entry, verification, and adjustments under supervision.
6. Assist in preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepayments as part of the month-end process.
7. Support the preparation of financial statements such as profit and loss reports and balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum CAT / Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting position.
• Strong in financial reporting and monthly closing processes
• Good command of analytical and mathematical skills
• Meticulous with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Independent, responsible, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English
