We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. As the key link between our products and clients, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the store’s sales success while upholding the Maison’s standards.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist clients in-store
- Provide personalized service to build long-term client relationships
- Support sales targets and store KPIs (pro-rata for part-time)
- Handle after-sales service with care and professionalism
- Assist with stock handling, transfers, and inventory checks
- Ensure products are presented and merchandised to brand standards
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of retail experience (luxury or premium retail preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (apps, social media, Zoom, Teams)
- Flexible to work part-time hours, including weekends, evenings, and events
