Job Description
The Role
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations of the assigned store.
- Responsible for leading team members to achieve sales objectives, service excellence, and operational compliance.
- Promote teamwork and coach team members in daily work performance and career development.
- Collaborate closely with Field Consultant / Area Manager to achieve business goals.
- Plan shift roster and allocate team member duties in accordance with operational requirements.
- Engage in the recruitment of team members and manpower planning for the store.
- Implement and facilitate store operations, merchandising, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage customer feedback and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory and cash control of the store.
- Analyse store financials from sales reports and recommend areas of improvement.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in any field and/or relevant experience
- Comfortable working on a 6 days’ week schedule with rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with customers
- Able to carry 10-15 kg products
- Relevant experience in the Retail/F&B industry will be an added advantage
