Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support test manufacturing and ensure product industrialization meeting product specification, quality compliances and manufacturing standard (sfv, yield vs wws, output commitment, cycle time and cost) through continuous improvement, quality management/improvement tools and others.
  • To industrialize new products, new test program release following quality compliances, product specification and manufacturing standard.
  • Monitor and improve the devices in term of quality, yield, test coverage, productivity, process flow, etc. To ensure good quality of product vs manufacturing process
  • To assist manufacturing team on daily issues, such as low yield, quality issues, etc
  • To improve and ensure good test setup requirement (FPY).
  • Provide test analysis and technical solution on customer complaint.
  • To work closely with product engineering teams on devices related issue

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics.
  • Good in English language, spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of basic IC Testing and semiconductor manufacturing process knowhow.
