Job Description

  • First responder to support engineer to be onsite for any activity or incidents.
  • To support engineer level 2 & level 3 during troubleshooting onsite.
  • To support engineer level 2 during deployment, survey activity.
  • To support engineer level 2 during circuit activation.
  • To prepare onsite summary report after site completion.
  • To conduct preventive maintenance at customer site.
  • To communicate continuously with supporting engineer during onsite to ensure all the
    process run smoothly.
