Job Description
Responsibility:
1. Provide professional technical support to our customers.
2. Assist the sales team on any pre-sale’s inquiries.
3. Perform product testing to better understand our products.
4. Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim.
5. Provide trainings to both our internal staffs and our customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or IT related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Having work experience in Security & Surveillance field and IT related field will be advantageous.
- Must be passionate about the job.
- Must possess strong self-learning skills and willingness to learn.
- Be able to work in a team.

- Work in Johor Bahru;
- Mon~ Fri(9:00~18:00)
