- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Compile new hire documents and perform accurate data entry in the company’s database.
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate information and recruitment activities using the organization’s applicant tracking system.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Assist with any additional tasks or projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
- Passion for learning and professional development.
