As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be mainly responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activities including consulting & talent planning, conducting interviews, attendance management, new joiner induction & training, and managing employee relations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Plan and design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Source or headhunt for suitable candidates through different channels (eg: job portals, social media, and other platforms).
  • Plan and execute selection procedures and conduct interview, including screening calls, in-person interviews, shortlisting, offer and on-boarding.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess good communication and presentation skills, with strong command in English and Mandarin. Must be able to read and write in Mandarin.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Business or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. JobStreet, Indeed, Hiredly, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplined team.
