Job Description
Job Scope:
- Assist in developing and executing content marketing strategy across multiple platforms of social media.
- Create engaging and creative content that aligns with the creative direction, values, and objectives
- Collaborate with team members to ideate and produce content that promotes the products and services
- Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and social media
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Jalar’s content and social media campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the planning and execution of company’s events and campaigns, including creating marketing materials and promotions
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and content marketing trends and tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
