1) Sales Department

Assist Sales Team by follow up the sales lead through email correspondence and phone communication.
Assist to get customer requirement and providing solution after get advice from superior
Assist on organize, plan and proper scheduling of sales activities
Follow up with prospects on regular/scheduled basis to secure deals soonest
Listen and probe prospect needs and escalate to the respective person
Support customer by guiding them through online purchasing system
Familiar yourself with CRM systems and use it well to update customer information
Provide activity summary report at and of every working day to team lead
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set targets

2) Marketing Department

Work on CADVision Systems website to tidy up and organize data for SEO purposes
Researching, curating and upkeeping of relevant content for our website’s pages and posts
Social media posting & Scheduling Preparation
Perform telemarketing calls for events, campaigns, RFQs, etc.
Updating CRM Database with customer’s latest information and generating new leads
Assisting in campaign collateral creation with guidance
Other marketing administrative and ad-hoc tasks
