Job Description

To be successful in IX, we expect candidates to be:


o Have knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software

o Team player person & willing to explore further to improve knowledge and skills

o Able to work under pressure & minimum supervision

o Strong communication & customer management skills

o Competency in English, Tagalog (preferred), Vietnamese(prefered), Thai (preferred)

o Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills

o Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

o Ability to create and deliver presentations

o Fast learner and quick thinker

o Passionate about sales

o Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment






o He/She will be responsible for handling telecom-related accounts

o Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary

o Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise

o Coordinate with the vendor in terms of legalities and technical solutions

o Coordinate with other sales members and engineering and provide a technical solution

o Provides any necessary data or reports to the Sales Department, Service Delivery Department and Finance Department

o Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary

o Maintain relationships with partners by providing support and solutions to their requirements

o Participate on behalf of the company on tenders, and large RFPs from the carrier business

o Identity product improvements or new products by remaining current trends, market activities and competitors 

o Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job

o Arranges appointments with clients and the sales team

o Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls

o Attend conferences, both local and international

o Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary

o Reports to Head of International Business
