Job Description

  • Test/Evaluation of video-related product and specific functionalities (e.g. PTZ Camera, live streaming, video switching, virtual studio, recording etc.)
  • To support technical & service issue including rectification & repairing, hardware and/or software replacement/installation, and maintenance check for in-house demo units.
  • Able to demonstrate and introduce a product/solution.
  • Produce technical documentation for implementation, UAT & project documentations.
  • Collaborate with and provide feedback to sales teams for the systems recommended, providing workaround solution and identify its unique features and functionality.
