New Business Development & Planning
- Responsible on new enquiry costing, quotation.
- Develop projections cost from written assumptions, sample parts, CAD models and engineering drawings, Engineering BOM.
- Conduct feasibility study of engineering approach and provide costing calculation based on company actual capability. Assist Engineering to prepare DFM, SRD to customer prior quotation submission.
- From summary of costing after gather details and compile data to estimate all production costs considering raw materials, labour, equipment, tooling, submit quotation to customer upon management approval.
- Follow up for the RFQ status for NPI and Mass Production.
- Preparing sales forecast and reports.
Client Retention
- Meeting with customer for new RFQ and complete the RFQ on time.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Make sure all customer requirement and quoted condition convey to internal during Project Confirmation and Kick Off.
- Work with internal to meet customer schedule and requirement.
Management and Research
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
