Job Description

  • Good communicating with customers by meeting, emailing and social media.
  • Well knowledge in Engineering drawing and determine processing for product.
  • Knowledgeable of machine types, usage and abilities (not handled).
  • Knowledgeable in material types, functions, ability’s heat treatment and treatments.
  • Handling customer’s enquiries (Technically) by site visiting.
  • Learned SOLIDWORK 3D drawing.
  • Design part for customer and draw in 3D and print out drawing for production.
  • Follow up with production and ensure the product reach customer on time.
  • Solving customer complain from technical side.
