Responsibility:
- System entry of sales orders, follow up order logistics, communicate with warehouse and clients to arrange order delivery or pick up, etc;
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records;
- Assist sales manager to answer phone enquires and reply email enquiries, etc;
- Sales data collation, monthly sales report preparation, etc;
- Assist the department manager to do other department affairs as assigned;
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree education or equivalent;
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment;
- Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;
- Some sales-related work experience will add advantage;
