We are looking for energetic candidates eager to earn good money and desire to achieve KPI.

This role will be reporting to our HQ Management Team’s General Manager and primarily responsible to manage the execution of the business development strategy and customer acquisition process in order to meet and exceed portfolio growth.

  • To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries by following the target set and providing accurate information to all clients.
  • Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements.
  • Meeting with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships.
  • To generate sales based on any marketing campaigns as assigned.
  • Support in administration as and when required by the superior.
  • Work closely with the team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.

Job Requirement: –

  •  Candidates must at least possess Diploma level.
  • As this is a 100% client management role, the incumbent must be comfortable making outbound calls via digital communication tools and be on the phone over extended periods of time.
  • In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
  • Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin effectively as role requires dealing with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Fresh graduates with a high drive to earn money will be considered.
  • Candidate must possess own transport and smartphone.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
