Job Description

1.    Perform inspection for incoming packaging materials
•    Compare with artwork & latest batch retained sample
•    Perform compatibility test
•    Report any non-conformance & liaise with sales coordinator / purchasing for further action.
•    Paste QA Approved Sticker
•    Keep standard sample for packaging materials
2.    Perform inspection for incoming raw materials
•    Sampling of raw mat – take sample and put in a jar & label
•    Compare with retained raw mat / liaise with R&D for new raw mat
•    Report any non-conformance and liaise with sales and purchasing for further action.
•    Paste QA Approved Sticker
3.    Issue and maintain deviation / verification & validation form for any OOS sample that have been approved to use by QA/QC Manager and Salesperson/Coordinator.
4.     Update inspection summary log for incoming materials
5.    Update information for packaging & raw materials including the rejected item if any.
•    DO, COA, Specification & standard picture
6.     Update & maintain GRIS record for Incoming Packaging & Raw materials.
•    Maintain & update pack mat code
7.    Report any non-conformance observed at warehouse area to Superior.
8.    Monitoring sanitary & hygiene at store area
9.     Disposal of Scheduled Waste 409.
•    Update SW409 inventory once waste is generated
•    Ensure container drum is properly labelled & well arranged in SW store
•    Engage with DOE contractor (Barrel & Drum) for disposal.
10.     Handling customer complaint, Product Recall & Good return. Follow up the issue until the case is close.
11.    Perform compatibility test for pack mat sample request by customer and confirm the standard specification.
12.    Provide training to warehouse staff regarding GMP and documentation work.
13.    Prepare Raw Mat Expiry Analysis annually from Production Chemist current database in store (raw materials)
14.    To perform IPQC & FPQC inspection in the absence or short of QA/QC Inspector
15.    Perform any additional instruction from QA/QC Executive, Assistant QA Manager, QA/QC Manager and / or management related to job scope or vice versa
16.    Ensure all records and documentation is arranged properly and kept safely.
