- Outsourcing – Send out enquiry form to supplier to order / purchase items and follow up the purchase status.
- Working closely with supplier representatives on ensuring cost effectiveness in all products lines
- Compare between product pricing and specifications, as well as payment terms.
- Handle the order purchase, oversea shipment, stock control (documentation).
- Perform and juggle the following job scopes (Quotation, PO, Delivery Schedule and Invoice)
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery; pursue suppliers for undelivered goods.
- Maintain Procurement & Admin Filling System
- Arrange emergency task and coordinate to resolve hiccup
- Handle the administrative aspect to ensure smooth, efficient and effective overall logistics.
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, bills, maintenance)
- Liaise with the authorities to ensure the company licenses are updated.
- To monitor & carry out weekly, monthly physical stock count and report to immediate superior for variance with reason.
