Job Description
- To oversee and performing administrative functions concerned with a project.
- To provide administration support to Project Team and to be flexible in assisting other team members as needed.
- Prepare reports on project progress claim and documentation formatting.
- Ensure seamless project documentation & operations.
- To ensure the project documentation/procedures comply with requirements.
- Coordinate with Client and Internal teams on info/documentation preparations.
- Maintains updated records of all approved documents (from project initiation until close out)
- Coordinate with project management activities, resources, and information
- Collaborate with colleagues and teams across different departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks and projects.
- Document Management: Edit, proofread, and format documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- To provide any ad hoc support to the Project Team.
Job Requirements
- Malaysian Citizen
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/IT or equivalent.
- Computer literate and able to work independently.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications
