Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new equipment set-up and installation, sputter equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement
- Responsible for equipment issue troubleshooting and executive preventive countermeasures
- Upkeep the technical specification for new & existing equipment
- Establish, review and revise the SOP for trouble shooting, prevention, proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Able to lead in yield improvement, cost reduction activities and cycle time reduction projects
- Initiate the improvement plan for sputter equipment, yield, product performance and cost reduction project
- To characterize plasma process and materials.
- Work closely with Process Engineer to monitor & improve the process capability.
- Ensure the equipment at the optimum level and quality to minimize the requirement.
- Proficient in OEE to drive for improvement.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years working experience.
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent.
- Equipped with statistical data analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills especially at assembly EOL process.
- Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, Fish Bond, Is/is not…etc.
- Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly. Good knowledge and skills in production area.
- Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team in executing projects & strive for excellent.
