RESPONSBILITIES
- Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, providing information about our services, and resolving issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about our services, addressing questions about requirements, our loan processing inquiries from the customers.
- Create new leads based on the new customer who is inquiring on the Financial Services to the sales team
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiastic to learn
- Customer-focused approach with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools.
- Availability during peak times and weekends required.
