RESPONSBILITIES

• Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, providing information about our services, and resolving issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information about our services, addressing questions about requirements, our loan processing inquiries from the customers.
• Create new leads based on the new customer who is inquiring on the Financial Services to the sales team

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic to learn
• Customer-focused approach with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools.
• Availability during peak times and weekends required.
