Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking a detailed and proactive Data Operations Executive to manage our data infrastructure. This role involves maintaining the integrity of our databases, expanding our data reach through sourcing and verification – some data-entries are involved, and identifying & resolving data discrepancies to ensure business-critical insights are reliable and up to date.

 

Responsibilities:

Maintaining and Database Management

  • Monitor, update, and maintain company databases to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Perform regular data cleaning to remove duplicates, outdated entries, or incorrect information.

 

       Expanding Data Reach

  • Source for new data relevant to business needs through research and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing) to collate new data sources.

 

       Identifying & Resolving Discrepancies

  • Audit datasets regularly to detect anomalies, inconsistencies, or gaps in data.
  • Investigate and resolve root causes of data errors or mismatches between systems.
  • Work closely with IT, data researchers, and stakeholders to improve data quality processes.
