Job Description

  • Overall operation and management of the sales and material arrangement.
  • To acquire, review, consolidate and disseminate customer specific requirement and special characteristics to Business Control Department.
  • Liaison with the customers for issue relating to pricing, delivery, quality and other requirements needed by the organization.
  • Consolidate training plan for department.
  • Review and approve customers order.
  • Liaise Business Control Department for the smooth planning of production schedule in order to meet customer delivery requirement.
  • To assist in attending existing and new clients’ enquiries, feedbacks and complaints.
  • Assist and carry out any other related function assigned by Department Manager.
