Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to handle all inquiries from overseas & local
- Responsible for process of sending quotation, correspondence with customer via email/phone, getting orders, liaise with production/material planner to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customer,
- Responsible to follow up payment from customer and handle all kinds of customer complain if there is any.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Must be computer literate, MS Office.
- Working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduate with strong confidence personality is encouraged to apply.
- Possess positive & aggressive interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be result oriented, highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
- A dynamic coordinator and able to handle & meet all customers’ requirements.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alor Gajah Industrial Area.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- 5 days’ work week.
