Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Plan & manage the day-to-day leasing activities & operations of The Starhill and Lot 10 Shopping Centre in terms of retail space, kiosks, promotion space, and other related areas.
• Conduct market research on shopping centres in order to keep abreast of retail property development in the market.
• Initiate discussion with potential tenants, negotiate the lease and finalize rental and other terms and conditions.
• Assist in drafting report and proposal for Management’s approval including area, tenant mix, rental rate, tenure, trade mix, and company search if necessary.
• Liaise with Legal Department on matters relating to the execution of Tenancy Agreement.
• Liaise with other departments for purposes of new tenant moving in and tenant moving out.
• Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship. Resolve any tenant’s concerns and issues soonest possible in the interest of the betterment of the mall.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in the Property/Leasing of Shopping Centre but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and easy to adapt to different levels of people.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
