Job Description

  1. Explore Tech Service & Solution
  2. Research and create information architecture for Tech department.
  3. Conduct UIUX research based on given solution and document the master feature list.

    • Content
    • Analytic
  4. Documenting the master feature list of personas, story boards, customer journey maps and objectives.
  5. Identifying the user features related to the product/solutions.
  6. Experiencing in designing a people-first products and good interaction experiences.

  2. Support prototyping deliverables job.
    • Sitemap
    • Wireframes
  3. Involve in planning the application and preparing documentations.
  4. Experiencing on how to build prototyping.
  5. Create documentation guide to solution developer – UI design system style guide.
  6. Learn the handover documentation and process to development team.

 

  1. Hands on UI UX Design
  2. Responsible for project visual appearance.
  3. Developing UI mock-ups illustrate how sites function and look like.
  4. Producing samples sites.

Required skills

1. Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking. 2. Language: Malay, English. Mandarin is a plus. 3. Good in communication in written and verbal 4. Ability and knowledge of graphic design. 5. Experience in using Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Draw.io, InVision or other similar tools.
