The Role:
The incumbent is responsible assisting the IT head or team in the facilitation, coordination,
implementation, executive, control and completion of each marketing project for the business
need; while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
The position requires strong attention to detail, operational task management and problemsolving
ability.
- Build high quality product and contribute important impacts on our product
roadmap planning. - Propose and implement solutions/product with Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring,
Python and Shell Scripts - Provide in depth support to Technical Support Analyst
- Work with front end team to build a high perform, user friendly and stable web
product. - Solving puzzles from clients’ feedbacks and logs to find out the real cause.
- Write down documentations for different technology and knowledge to share
knowledges among everyone. - To assist the team in testing and debugging the websites to improve their speed,
scalability and usability across multiple browsers, devices and according to web
standards. - To monitor website performance, to look out for traffic drops related to site usability
issues and to rectify them.
