Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Japanese/Korean Language Expert to support our operations in IT support. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Japanese/Korean language and be capable of performing customer support tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers in a professional and growth-oriented environment.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone in Japanese/Korean.

Technical Support: Provide IT Network support over phone, Email, and chat.

 

Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese/Korean (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is also required.

Education:

Degree / Diploma in any field – preferably in technology, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering.

 

Technical Skills:

Good computer skills with aptitude to learn new technology and familiarity with tools/software is an advantage.

 

Communication Skills:

Good communication skills in both Japanese or Korean and English.

 

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in interpretation.

 

Adaptability:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
