Job Description
- To provide first level and second level support for all incidents and requests tickets submitted by the IT end-users.
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue reported by the customer.
- Guide through the problem-solving process encompassing desktop-related hardware and software in accordance with service-level requirements.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on the effective use of the self-support portal, desktop systems and their associated software, LAN networks and peripherals.
- Ensure effective escalation of unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Keep a record of events, problems and resolutions in designated logs.
- Timely follow-up and provide a progressive update to customer.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in IT services and support operations.
- Graduated with a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
- Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply.
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language would be an added advantage as to support China clients.
- Have a good understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
