Job Description

 

  • • To support Media sales team to prepare media orders when necessary and send to media owner accordingly 
  • • To ensure all materials are sent promptly to the media owner according to the respective deadlines 
  • • To support Channel Sales team in cold calling new client (New Client Sourcing) to secure correct Person-in-Charge followed by setting up a meeting for sales team to pitch 
  • • To familiarize with Presto Direct system – creating individual store and manage on behalf of client closely 
  • • To coordinate and update Chanel Sales team on their respective account in Presto Direct 
  • • To upkeep of media owner contact list to ensure information are up to date 
  • • Any ad-hoc duties when required
