Requirement

  • Able to read/write/converse in Malay/Mandarin and English
  • Broadcasting/Mass Communication background
  • Microsoft Offices Skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Minimum working experience is acceptable
  • Willing to work on rotation/overtime/public holidays/weekends (if required)

Job Description

  • To assist the social media support team before and after live streaming
  • To handle live chat/social media customer service
  • To do sales closing in live (Facebook/IG) or offline chat
  • To assist in product description sheet and equipment preparation for the live streaming
  • To compile sales transaction lisitng at the end of the live stream
  • To arrange for product briefing for team members
