Requirements

• Training will be provided as long as you are keen to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute the task given by a superior.
• Proficiency with computer technologies, tools, and devices to improve learning, productivity, and performance
• Have a positive attitude, approachable, and believe in team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Check and repair various types of devices for customers
• Technical assemble, installation, and test of electronic devices
• Provide support in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Testing and packing customers’ orders
• Testing the item warranty and recording a video of it
• Sending parcels to a nearby courier hub or lorry
• Able to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm
