Job Description
- We are looking to groom a pool of dedicated and responsible individuals to fill the position of Management Trainee who will be focusing on the management, marketing or business development area.
- The purpose is to develop dedicated individuals for various roles and functions, business development knowledge and leadership skills.
- We invite self-motivated people with a desire for success in the working world. The company shall review the individual performance from time to time to determine the area of specialisation based on their qualification & personal strength.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin/ Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Psychology or relevant
- The skills of editing posters, brochures, videos & etc is an added advantage
- Those with some work experience an added advantage
- Pleasant & Good communication skills
- Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur or Penang
