Requirements 

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Intelligence or any relevant fields
• Possesses basic computer skills and able to adapt to a small growing business environment.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute through on the task given by a superior
• Have a positive attitude, approachable and believe in team spirit.
• Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
• Provide help desk & system support to users
• Checking total sales via telegram
• Create automation using the platform provided by the company
• Meet the above requirements, and be able to work at Monday-Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm
