Job Description

  1. Costing and budgeting control including inter-kitchen transfers of products to outlets and production kitchen.
  2. Ingredient management and purchasing to ensure sufficient stocks for food preparation
  3. Quality assurance of products and distribution management of stocks to outlets
  4. Work with head chefs and kitchen operation manager for SOP and product development.
  5. Research, develop, and documentation of SOP.
