Requirements

• Pursuing or possess a Diploma/Bachelor in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Applied/Financial Mathematics or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and manipulation.
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Basic understanding of databases
• If you meet the above requirements and are able to work on Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm 

Responsibilities

• You’ll be collecting and verifying all information before entering data into software programs (Google App Script/Javascript)
• You’ll prepare and sort related documents/emails/information for data entry.
• You’ll input data into database software and check to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted within time limits.
• You’ll maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• You’ll assists in data analysis and preparing weekly reports for administrative
• You’ll conduct exploratory data analysis and generate insights that can inform business decisions.
• You’ll have to keep information confidential.
• You’ll provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
• You’ll provide occasional administrative support
