Job Description:
- Participate in product and marketing research, data analysis and compilation of research presentation.
- Monitor e-Commerce website (Solution+) orders and provide vendor support with guidance and advice.
- Follow up and provide immediate customer support where applicable with friendly and attentive manner.
- Understand e-Commerce and transaction processes and propose solution to resolve customer and vendor issue.
- Prepare weekly report, including sales, marketing, vendor data.
Job Requirement:
- Experienced commonly used e-Commerce shopping platform as a customer
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to conducive environment
- Initiative attitude
- Team player
- Communication with manager, teammates, customers and vendors
Working Hours: 6 days per week (one day off during weekday), 9am to 6pm.
