Job Description

  • Assist to handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to the supervisor.
  • Getting hands-on with security solutions.
  • Validating and performing testing of the different solutions.
  • Raising issues (complication/bugs/glitches) found and tracking the resolution of the issues until closure.
  • Performing Hands-on Training with relevant business users for new version/firmware releases, where applicable.
  • Any other task deemed relevant will be assigned from time to time.
