Job Description

Company : Trader Max Sdn Bhd

Working Area: JALAN HAJI ABDUL SAMAT 1A/KU13, 42200 KAPAR, SELANGOR.

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri)

9am – 1pm (Saturday)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the e-commerce team in day to day e-commerce and onsite campaign operations.
  • Order fulfilment and inventory management
  • Upload listing SKU e-commerce channels
  • Helping the team on the promotions and campaigns
  • Respond to online enquiries and feedback within agreed timeline
  • Manage Inventory (ensure stock balancing online and offline channel)

 

 

Job Requirements :

 

  • Required language(s) : English and BM
  • Required Skill (s) : Customer Service, E-commerce solution
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
